We need your name, phone number, number of people in your party, what kind of trip you’ll be doing, and a credit card number. All trips are paid upfront to save time during check-in.
Guided Day Trips: At least 48 hours prior to trip date for groups of less than 15 people. (Full payment up front required to book)
Large Group Trips: At least 2 weeks prior to trip date (30% non-refundable deposits are required to book)
Guided Multi Day Trips: At least 2 weeks prior to trip date. (Full payment up front required to book)
Equipment Rentals: At least 48 hours prior to rental date. (Full payment up front required to book) Before these time periods you can cancel, change the date, or adjust the number of participants and receive the appropriate refund. If you need to cancel after these time periods expire, you will not receive a refund. No exceptions
